This is an unlicensed debt collector from a company called ACMG. DON'T PAY these bottom feeders. They CANNOT serve you papers and will not take you to court. Report them to the FTC dot gov and to your state's attorney general's office.

This is ridiculous. Their bad intrusive behavior is protected by law, folks. We are not. We have to put with the calls.

Rich, said that I ( Charmaine) got a loan from America Payday, and Rich said that I never paid it back, Rich stated that I owe $8,500.00 and I never ask or recieved and money or statements saying I got a loan from America Payday and Rich said the Sheriff would come and pick me up and the judge will send me to jail. This man said he was a debt collector but when I googled his # it came up as a scam. Is there anyone that can stop this. I mean he called and threatened to send the police after me. I told him go ahead I was home. They never came. He also calls you very nasty names when you tell him you know that this is a scam. Please keep reporting.

This number has been ringing my mobile number on several occassions over the last 2 days. it is becoming very annoying that when i answer there is noone there and the call is disconnected. If i try ringing back I get an answering machine asking to leave a message.
